Knead the ground beef with an egg, salt and pepper, form into small meatballs and put them on a barbecue skewer together with the mushrooms and bell pepper pieces.
Top each roast beef slice with a slice of bacon and an onion and herb mixture, roll up into a roulade and pin with a wooden skewer.
Brush with a tiny bit of oil before grilling. Grill together with the ox steaks for about 10-15 min on all sides. Season with salt and pepper after grilling.
