For the cookie pops with chocolate, preheat the oven to 190° top/bottom heat. Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package and shape the dough into balls (approx. 2 cm Ø) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 8 – 10 minutes. For the butter cream, beat all ingredients with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until fluffy and chill.
Pour the cream into a piping bag and pipe onto the completely cooled cookies and insert a wooden skewer into the cookie pops.
Chill the cookie pops with chocolate again in the refrigerator and dip in chocolate icing or decorate as desired.
Preparation Tip:
Depending on your preference, the dough for the cookie pops with chocolate can also be rolled out to a thickness of approx. 3 - 4 mm and cut out with any shapes. Then glue them together with the buttercream.
