Try this delicious cake recipe:
Knead a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough, line a greased cake springform pan (28 cm ø) with it.
Remove the skin from about 6 to 7 apples (Boskop is best), cut out the cores. Roll the apples in sugar and cinnamon and place them in the cake tin.
Add whipped cream and milk to make 1 l of liquid. Make pudding out of it with pudding powder and 100 g sugar.
Pour the pudding over the apples in the form. Bake the whole in a heated at 170 °C in about 70 min.
