For the pork steaks, cut the pork loin steaks several times at the edge, pat lightly, season and rub with oil.
Cook in a pan for 4 minutes on each side. The steaks can also be grilled, the cooking time remains the same.
Preparation Tip:
With fresh rosemary, which you cook briefly, the pork steaks become a real treat. If you don't like caraway seeds, leave them out.
