For the apple-banana porridge, peel the apple, remove the core, dice and boil covered with water in a pot until soft.
Peel banana, cut into thin slices and stir in with cinnamon and caradmom.
Sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, remove from heat, finely puree and serve the apple-banana porridge with some whipped cream on top.
