For Sweet Rose Cakes, preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together eggs and milk. Slowly add egg-milk mixture to dry ingredients and whisk well. Finally, flavor with bitter almond flavoring and color with food coloring. Pour batter into a rose silicone mold and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove the cakes from the mold and let cool. If necessary, you can now straighten the “bottom”. For the decoration, squeeze half a lemon and mix with confectioner’s sugar. If the mixture is too liquid – add more sugar. Color the mixture pink and fill it into a piping bag with a small opening. Now trace the edges of the rose with the icing and place a sugar pearl in the center.
Now arrange on a small plate and paint leaves on the plate with chocolate sauce. Here it is recommended to use a toothpick for the finer lines.
Serve sweet rose cakes.
Preparation Tip:
When decorating Sweet Rose Cakes, instead of using a piping bag, you can use a freezer bag in which you cut a small opening.
