Put the already pre-fried and breaded pork cutlets unfrozen in the preheated frying pan and roast them for 8-10 min until golden, turning them to the other side in between. However, you can have it on in the microwave at full power for about 3 min.
Attention: always roast breaded open, otherwise the breading will be soft!!!
After the pork cutlets are good, keep warm!
In the frying pan, sauté the 50 g finely diced bacon and 100 g diced onion and add 1 tbsp. paradeis pulp. Sauté briefly, then add the 200 g mushrooms, sauté briefly and add 1 cup of gravy. Season with marjoram, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of thyme. Pour over the warm cutlet form. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
