For the semolina porridge with raspberries, heat milk in a saucepan and add semolina, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to swell for a few minutes.
Rinse the raspberries in cold water and mash them with a fork. If you like, you can also press the raspberries through a fine sieve to obtain a fruit puree without seeds. Stir the raspberry puree into the semolina porridge.
If necessary, cool the semolina porridge with raspberries to eating temperature.
