Soften the lentils with the bay spice in 20-30 min. over medium heat. Remove the bay leaf spice.
Sauté the onion and carrot cubes in 1 tbsp. olive oil until soft and add to the cooled lentils together with the other ingredients. Form small meat loafs from the lentil mixture with wet hands and roast them in 1 tbsp. olive oil on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with a tasty salad.
