For the Tortillas Hawaiios, first preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.
Drain the pineapple pieces in a sieve and cut them in half.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the pineapple pieces for 2 minutes on all sides.
Place the tortillas in a baking dish. Spread the pineapple pieces on top. Dice the ham and place it on top. Sprinkle everything with cheese and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Arrange tortillas Hawaiios on four plates and serve.
