Instructions:

For the albondigas, cut the baguette slice into small cubes and soak in a little water.

Knead the minced meat with pine nuts, crushed garlic, egg and bread cubes.

Season with salt and pepper and form into small balls or dumplings. Dredge in flour and fry in oil.

Meanwhile, cut the onion into strips and sauté in a pot in a little hot oil. Stir in tomato paste, deglaze with white wine and 100 ml water. Add the thyme sprig, parsley, salt and pepper. Put in the albondigas balls and simmer for about 5 minutes.
