Instructions:

Rinse the turkey cutlets with cold water and rub dry. Place the meat in a freezer bag and pound tenderly flat with a meat mallet.

Season the turkey with salt and pepper. Mix mustard, garlic and parsley and spread on the meat.

Place one slice each of ham and cheese on top of each other and fold once.

Place the “cheese-ham parcel” on the top half of the cutlet and place the bottom half over the ham parcel.

Turn the cordon bleu first in flour, then in egg on the other side and then coat it with breadcrumbs. Roast the cordon bleu for 4 minutes per side over medium heat.

Preparation Tip:

As a side dish, roast potatoes and a green leaf salad are suitable.
