For the aloe vera strawberry terrine, soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze well and dissolve in 2 tablespoons hot water. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the gelatine and fold into the aloe-vera-strawberry-tart. Spread into a loaf pan lined with foil and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Peel the kiwis, put them in a bowl and finely puree them together with the sugar. Slice the aloe vera strawberry terrine and serve with the kiwi sauce.Aloe vera strawberry curd:Mix the aloe vera juice and curd together. Wash, hull and finely dice the strawberries. Stir into the aloe vera curd and sweeten with vanilla sugar.
