Amaranth in boiling vegetable soup form, bring to a boil and cook at mild energy for 45 min (after 30 min remove the tofu lid).

Add remaining ingredients except coconut fat and mix everything together. Allow to swell for approx. 10 min. Form eight flat patties from the soft dough.

Fry in hot coconut oil on both sides until golden brown.

If necessary, the patties can also be turned in breadcrumbs or sesame seeds before frying.

This can then be served with various vegetables and also potatoes.
