For the apple dumplings, mix well milk with flour, salt and eggs. Bring salted water to a boil, make dumplings from the dough with a teaspoon, put them into the boiling water and boil briefly, strain and rinse with cold water.
Heat butter in a pan, brown the sugar, add peeled, coarsely grated apples and let them soften a bit.
Add gnocchi, mix and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
