Place rice leaves between 2 damp cloths until soft. Cut the char fillet into cubes. Sauté half of the vegetable strips, mix with the diced char fillet and season with salt, pepper and hazelnut oil. Let cool a bit and spread on the rice sheets. Wrap well and brush with butter. Rub a baking dish with garlic, put in the remaining vegetable strips and pour in fish stock. Season and put in the rice rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes. Remove the foil halfway through the cooking time.

Instead of rice sheets, you can use strudel dough.
