Instructions:

For the avocado tofu breads, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut each half into 4 oblong strips (inside the skin).

Put each of the two outer parts on the breads and spread or mash (depending on the degree of ripeness differently possible). Drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and chili.

Spread the sprouts on top. Fry the smoked tofu slices in hot olive oil until crispy and drain on kitchen paper, then place on top of the sprouts.

Spread the remaining avocado on top and halve the two washed tomatoes and place them on the breads as well. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
