For the banana muffins, preheat the oven to 180°C and place the paper shapes in the muffin tray. In a bowl, mix flour, all the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and white chocolate. In a second bowl, mix bananas, eggs, butter and vanilla pulp. Gently fold the wet mixture into the flour mixture.

Using a spoon, spoon the batter into the paper cups, place a banana slice on top and bake for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.

Allow the banana muffins to cool before eating.
