Peel bananas, cut into pieces and sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Peel oranges, cut into slices, then quarter and divide evenly among 4 plates. Stir orange juice with honey and pour over fruit. Cream yogurt with vanilla sugar and cinnamon stir through, over the fruit form, a tablespoon of cornflakes and pistachios on each unit form.
Tip: Use a regular or light yogurt yes as needed!
