For the Basel almond mounds, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg. Then mix in the remaining ingredients (except the white chocolate icing).
Using a teaspoon, place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for about 10-12 minutes.
After they have cooled, dip half of them in liquid white chocolate icing and let the Basler almond heaps dry.
