Instructions:

For the blackberry compote, boil water and lemon juice with the lavender sugar, then empty through a sieve to remove any flower residue from the lavender.

Sort blackberries and layer clean, firm fruit into small rex jars. Pour sugar water over berries and seal jars tightly with rubber and clamps.

Boil down at 80 degrees in a preserving pot for 30 minutes.
