Select berries, rinse briefly and bring to a boil with crushed juniper berries. Crush berries and allow juice to infuse. Now drain on a sieve, measure the juice obtained and bring to a boil with the same mass of jelling sugar as ditto the juice of a lemon bubbling. Add the gin.

Fill jelly into jars while still hot, seal jars.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
