Heat the oil in the saucepan. Cut white bread into cubes, fry until golden brown. Add the almond kernels. Squeeze the garlic cloves through a press and add them to the saucepan. Add hot clear soup and white wine, sprinkle with finely chopped chives, quickly bring to the table.
As a menu suggestion: Bohemian flambé, garlic soup, Jambalaja bananas.
Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
