Fill the tins 3/4 full and place in the oven on the spot on the middle shelf. Bake for 1½ hours, turning once halfway through baking time. The dough should be raised and have a nice crust. After a short cooling time, turn the bread out of the tins while still warm and cool on a cooling rack.
