Try this delicious pasta dish:
Add bay leaves and finely chopped rosemary needles. In the meantime, clean and rinse Brussels sprouts and pre-cook for 5 min. in enough boiling hot salted water. Then add to the tomatoes form and cook for another 10 minutes.
Preparation time: approx. 20 min. Cooking time: approx. 35 min. Per unit approx. 12 g egg white 10 g fat, 24 g carbohydrates = 970 joules (232 calories) This goes with it: Pasta or long grain rice. Or roast pork spiked with enough garlic.
The right drink: a light, fresh Italian country wine.
Important: If you can’t get fresh rosemary, just use dried rosemary needles.
