A cake recipe for all foodies:
Mix sugar, flour, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder with the whisks of a mixer. Pour batter onto a greased cookie sheet and smooth out. For the topping, mix almond kernels and sugar and spread evenly on the dough. Put in the oven, switch to 200 °C and bake for 25 minutes. For the icing, bring butter and whipped cream to a boil and spread evenly over the cake while it is still hot. Cool.
