Clean cabbage, cut into quarters, rinse, remove the stalk from each. Cook cabbage in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Knead together egg, minced meat, bread, mustard and spices, season heartily. Layer cabbage, mince and bacon slices in a greased baking dish. Season. Stir flaxseed, crème fraîche and clear soup, pour over. Bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
