For the cabbage strudel, cut the cabbage into strips. Fry the minced meat in a little oil.
Then pour about 100 ml of vegetable soup and add the cabbage. Let it steam a bit and season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry and fill with the mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
For the sauce: mix yogurt and sour cream and add some chives.
Arrange the cabbage strudel with the chive sauce and serve.

If you like, add chopped onion to the mince, this makes the cabbage strudel spicier.
