For the cake variation in the jar, preheat the oven to 180 °C convection oven. Coat the jars with the coconut oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Leave out the rim.

Cream the butter with the sugar and lemon juice. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix flour with starch and baking powder and stir into the butter-egg mixture. Now divide the batter among the 4 glasses. Add the coconut flakes to one glass and gently fold into the batter.

Do the same with the cranberries, chocolate drops and apricots. You now have 4 different cakes. Put the jars in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

At the end of the baking time, remove the jars from the tube and seal immediately. This way the cakes will keep for about 3 months.
