Caraway Cabbage with Sausage From the Steamer

For the caraway cabbage sausage remove the outer leaves of cabbage, wash cabbage and cut into strips. Place in an unperforated container.

Season with vegetable soup seasoning and ground caraway seeds, mix well and steam at 100° degrees for 20 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 95° degrees, place sausages on top of caraway cabbage and steam for another 8 minutes. This sausage recipe for the steamer is simple yet tasty. However, you can also prepare it without a steamer!
