For the caraway potatoes, wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Coarsely grind the caraway seeds and mix with salt and oil. Spread on the baking tray.

Place potatoes cut side down on the baking sheet and rub a little in the caraway oil. Take a brush and brush the potatoes with the oil that is already on the tray (this will crisp them up).

Crush the lemongrass, cut the garlic and place on top of the potatoes. Bake the cumin potatoes at 180°C for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.

Preparation Tip:
