For the carrot and cabbage patties with sausage, cook the patties in plenty of salted water until al dente. In the meantime, wash the carrots and grate them finely with a vegetable grater.

Cut the cabbage into very fine noodle strips. In a wok or higher pan, heat the oil and fry the vegetables well. Stir well until the vegetables have taken on a nice color.

Don’t stir too often from this point on, as the vegetables will get a toasty aroma from being slightly burnt. Let fry until the vegetables are lightly browned.
