Carrot Cake – Or Carrot Cake

Try this delicious cake recipe:

Mix the honey with the egg yolks until creamy, then add the cherry brandy. Then add the carrots, alternating with the hazelnuts and the flour and baking powder. Stir in the very stiff snow with a spoon.

Fill the dough mixture into a greased or possibly with parchment paper lined cake springform pan (24cm). Leave to rest for a good quarter of an hour.

Bake in a heated oven for 40 minutes at 175-200 degrees.
