Instructions:

Peel the carrot and cut into pieces. Wash the apple and cut it as well. Peel the ginger and squeeze the lemon.

In a stand mixer, or with a hand blender, blend all ingredients to a fine paste. Add a little water if necessary.

Pour into a glass and serve.
