For the cheese fondue, cook the potatoes in a large pot. Finely shave both types of cheese, or buy already shaved. Rub the fondue pot with the garlic cloves and then press them.

Melt the grated cheese in the pot on low heat and add the white wine. Wait until the mixture starts to simmer and season with salt, pepper, pressed garlic and nutmeg.

Cut the white bread into cubes and dip the cheese with the white bread and potatoes.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, add some vegetables to the cheese fondue for some "freshness".
