For babies and kids: creamy spreads for bread
With these spreads – unlike ready-made products – you know in detail what’s in them.
Soak gelatine in cold water. Rinse and pit cherries, coarsely crush with a little bit of yogurt. Add rest of yogurt, cream cheese and maple syrup, stir until smooth, stir dissolved gelatin into cream. Shelf life in refrigerator about 3 days.
Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
