A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Clean, rinse and halve the chicory stems. Wrap halves each with a slice of butter cheese.

Peel and finely chop onion. Clean and chop oyster mushrooms. Place diced onion in a microwave-safe dish with butter, oyster mushrooms, and white wine. Cook at 600Watt for 3-4 minutes.

Stir in crème fraîche. Season with pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, juice of one lemon and Worcestershire sauce. Place chicory on top. give cover. Cook at 600Watt for 3-4 minutes.
