For the chili beans, peel garlic and crush finely with a little salt. Wash the chili peppers, cut them open and remove the seeds, depending on the desired “spiciness”, then chop them very finely.

Heat olive oil, fry bacon cubes in it, add onions, fry lightly, then mix in chili and garlic. Pour in paradei puree and let it boil down for 10 minutes. Add the drained beans, season with plenty of cumin, oregano, pepper and salt.
