For the chili con carne, peel the onion and chop into small pieces. Peel the carrots and cut them into very fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pot, sauté the onions, then add the carrot and continue to sauté until the onion is translucent and the carrot is very firm.

Now add the mince and saute until done, turning several times. Add the beans, corn and strained tomato. Season with chili pepper, salt and pepper. It should be hot.
