Beat light butter, sugar and eggs until creamy, mix cocoa, nuts, flour, spice and baking powder, fold in. Place the mixture in a piping bag with a medium nozzle and pipe onto a baking tray. Bake at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cooled cookies with melted chocolate and decorate with chocolate chips as desired.
