For the chocolate liqueur, finely chop the chocolate. Put the milk with the sugar in a saucepan and heat while stirring. Add the chocolate and melt it.

Bring everything to a boil and add the alcohol and brandy. Mix well and allow to cool completely. Pour the cooled liqueur into clean and sealable (small or one larger) bottles.

Close well and leave to mature for 2 weeks in a cool place.
