Pour the grain and the cinnamon sticks into a canning jar and close tightly. Leave the jar in a cool and dark place for about 30 days.
Shake well once a week.
Strain cinnamon liqueur and add sugar until sugar dissolves.
Pour the cinnamon liqueur into a bottle and seal well.
