For the coconut biscuits, beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat for about 10 minutes until creamy.
Place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper using 2 coffee spoons (or on wafers). Preheat the oven and bake the biscuits at 150 °C for about 10 minutes until light brown.
