First, wash the chard and boil it briefly in salted water (with the stems). Strain and save the water.

Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onion in butter, add some soup seasoning (take homemade soup salt) – dust with flour. Then pour some chard water and add the chard, press the garlic into it.

Blend everything with a blender and add more cooking water if necessary. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
