For the cream of celery soup, wash and peel the celery and potatoes. Cut them into coarse pieces.

Clamp the Cooking Chef stirring element. Pour water into the Cooking Chef stainless steel bowl and add the celery and potatoes. Set the timer to 40 minutes and the temperature to maximum. Select the stirring interval level 3.
