Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add the tomatoes and sauté. Stir in half the amount of kitchen herbs. Puree everything together and pass through a sieve.
Pour in vegetable soup and whipping cream, bring to a simmer and add the remaining kitchen herbs. Season soup with white wine, salt, pepper and butter.
