For the cream puff, roll up the puff pastry and cut each into 2 equal pieces (cut lengthwise).

Prick several times with a fork so that it does not make bubbles. Then place in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down.

In the meantime, prepare the cream. Put the Qimiq in a bowl and mix with a mixer until it is nice and creamy.

Whip the whipped cream in a second bowl for about 30 seconds, add the sugar (can be a little less, depending on your taste) and whip again for about 30 seconds.

Then add the cream stiffener one by one. In between, keep stirring with the mixer. When all the cream stiffeners have been incorporated, whip the whipped cream until firm.

Mix the whipped Qimiq with the whipped cream, adding a squeeze of lime if necessary.

Spread the first strip of puff pastry with about 1/4 of the cream (make all strips the same size). Place the second strip on top, spread again with 1/4 of the cream and then make a third puff pastry on top. Do the same with the remaining three strips.

Finally, spread the cream all around to the top so there are no holes. Finally, spread some jam on the top puff pastry (you can also just put some powdered sugar on it).

Then leave to infuse for at least 6 hours before cutting. If the cream slice is cut too early, it crumbles.
