Instructions:

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, then strain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, finely dice the sausage.

Peel the onion and finely dice it as well.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until golden brown. Then add the sausage cubes and fry briefly.

When both have taken color, add the strained pasta and mix well.

Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with the spices, salt, cumin and garlic.

Finally, finely dice the gherkins and mix into the sausage noodles.
