Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and stir in the milk. Divide the dough between paper baking cups.

Wash and clean the berries. Pat them dry and press one berry at a time into the baking cups.

Then mix the curd cheese with sugar, egg, egg yolk and corn starch until smooth and spread the filling on the ramekins.

Bake them in the heated oven at 220 °C for ten minutes. Then bake again at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.

After cooling, dust the pastry with powdered sugar and place half a berry on top of each ramekin. And they are ready.
