Beat egg whites to snow.
Stir well the curd, yolks and sour cream.
Then mix in spices and raisins, stir in flour and fold in the snow.
Now heat some clarified butter in a pan.
Pour in curd mixture about 1 cm high, brown on both sides and divide into small pieces with 2 forks.
